THE LIGHT HOWLS

I worked with digital photography for many years, producing and art directing for product and fine art imagery. I found myself wanting to move towards creating more meaningful and in depth work, a chance to slow down and enjoy life again, so I chose to explore and learn film photography for personal development and creativity.

I use whatever film camera I happen to have, they're mostly older cameras with idiosyncrasies. Sometimes I use 120 film and sometimes I'll create with 35mm. I have found the film camera to be a wonderful way to rest and revel in those, most often, beautiful but wordless encounters with the world around us. I have a love for working with natural light and double exposures, all of which are created in-camera.

My creative endeavour can be supported by purchasing my prints and artwork from me, through Liberation Art Gallery in Brighton, or by using buy me a coffee. Thank you so much for your interest and support.
